Job summary

Five Below Inc is seeking an experienced leader to guide a store crew in delivering exceptional customer service. You will train team members, manage front-end operations, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience while maintaining brand standards across merchandising and cleanliness.

The role includes opening/closing duties, supervisory responsibilities in the manager's absence, and collaboration with the store leadership team to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew to deliver WOW customer service and fast, friendly checkout.
• Train crew on BESt customer service standards and ensure store readiness.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, coaching, and supervision of crew members.
