Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership team member in Michigan. The role involves guiding crew, delivering wow customer service, and maintaining front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.

He/she will open/close, train staff, recruit and supervise, and coordinate with managers on stock and recovery. A high school diploma is required with college experience preferred, and prior management is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact.
• Lead assigned store to achieve customer service goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment is working and crew trained.
• Open/close procedures, maintain cleanliness and stock room readiness.
• Perform store manager duties in absence.
• Recruit, train, coach and supervise crew members.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Complete store maintenance tasks as needed.
