Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager in Escanaba, MI to lead daily operations, wow customers, and drive service scores. You will oversee front-end merchandising, staff training, and store maintenance to ensure brand standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities. You will open/close the store, supervise crew, recruit and coach team members, and collaborate with the leadership team on inventory and recovery efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact with guests and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Leads assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Directs front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensures front-end equipment works and crews are trained accordingly.
• Performs opening/closing procedures and maintains store cleanliness and readiness.
• Recruits, trains, coaches, and supervises crew members; supports store manager.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and store recovery; handles duties in the manager's absence.
