Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features/benefits to customers.
• Maintain and achieve goals such as UPT, ADT, add-ons and customer data capture.
• Stay informed on merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and stock replenishment.
• Process merchandise and complete sales transactions accurately at POS.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
