Job summary

The North Face in Lynnfield, MA is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will coach associates, supervise daily operations, and ensure merchandising and stock flow align with brand standards.

You will partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, maintain a safe, inclusive environment, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead store leadership team and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and sales goals.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support inventory flow, stockroom organization, and product replenishment.
• Uphold brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Promote a positive, inclusive work environment and strong safety practices.
