Job summary

The North Face® Lynnfield store in Massachusetts is seeking a Full-Time Sales Supervisor to lead the on-site sales team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will manage daily store operations, supervise the floor, and ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met.

You will coach team members, support product knowledge training, and handle customer escalations while monitoring inventory and contributing to sales reporting and targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail, customer service, or sales experience with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising or guiding store teams, including coaching, mentoring, and supporting performance and development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate with colleagues.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems, inventory processes, and standard retail operational procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and perform physical tasks related to store operations.
• Proven reliability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities during busy periods.
• Interest in outdoor activities, performance apparel, or the The North Face® brand is highly beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a supervisory or key-holder role in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the on-site sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and floor supervision.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met at all times.
• Assist with training on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Handle customer service escalations and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment processes.
• Assist with sales reporting and achievement of targets.
