Job summary

The North Face, a VF brand, is seeking a Supervisor in Boston to support the store's leadership team, drive a world-class customer experience, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

You will coach associates, help meet sales goals, manage daily store operations, and uphold safety and loss prevention policies while promoting an inclusive, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Support the store team in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Oversee stockroom operations and inventory flow.
• Assist in training new team members and provide feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity and loss prevention.
