Responsabilidades

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs and individual goals.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members, providing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory replenishment.
• Promote community engagement by participating in local initiatives and events.
• Uphold policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Foster a positive, inclusive store environment for creativity and learning.
