Job summary

Five Below in Brooklyn Center, MN is seeking a capable store leader to oversee daily operations, train associates, and ensure a WOW customer experience. You will support opening/closing, manage staff, and partner with the store leadership to drive sales.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and possible overnight shifts. Starting at $13.50/hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Prior management experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew WOWs customers through personal contact and service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for efficient floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and emergencies.
