Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder in Minnetonka, MN to support the store management team in supervising daily operations and driving sales through genuine customer connections.

You will help create a fun and energetic pace to meet operational and visual objectives, participate in opening/closing tasks, manage omni-channel service using MPOS, POS, and curbside/pickup, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in daily operations.

• Restock and place product while maintaining visual standards.
• Uphold store safety and inventory accuracy and support profitability.
• Contribute to daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focus.
