Floor & Decor in Alabama is hiring for a role that designs, builds and maintains store product displays. Full-time and part-time positions are available. The base pay starts from $15.24 per hour, with higher starting pay possible based on experience. You will create 20–25 displays weekly and coordinate with inventory to manage materials.

This position emphasizes safety, tool use, and collaboration across departments to deliver appealing displays and meet store goals.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience or equivalent
• Ability to follow safety regulations and policies
• Experience in wood working, tile setting, use of power tools
• Ability to use measuring tools and basic hand tools

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager in each department.
• Maintain professional standards and follow company policies.
• Build 20–25 displays per week.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control to submit write-offs and manage materials inventory.
• Create a monthly calendar and plan displays accordingly.
