Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Display Builder to design, build, and maintain store product displays at our Roswell, GA location. This role offers full-time and part-time positions with a base pay from $15.24 per hour, and higher starting pay based on experience.

You will create 20–25 displays per week and collaborate with Inventory Control to maintain materials inventory. The role demands construction or related experience, safety awareness, and proficiency with hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to abide by safety regulations and policies.
• Experience in wood working, tile setting, and use of basic tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per department manager.
• Create 20–25 displays per week.
• Work with Inventory Control to submit write-offs and manage materials inventory.
• Create a monthly calendar with a plan for all displays.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professional conduct.
