Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a role responsible for designing, building and maintaining store product displays. This position offers both Full-Time and Part-Time options and includes base pay starting at $15.24 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience.

The role requires construction experience with woodworking, tile setting, and use of power and hand tools, along with adherence to safety regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety regulations and policies.
• Experience in wood working, tile setting, and use of power and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager in each department.
• Submit write-offs and maintain inventory for materials with the Inventory Control Specialist.
• Create a calendar for each month with a plan for all displays being built.
• Build 20–25 displays per week.
• Follow company policies and procedures and perform duties ethically and professionally.
