Floor & Decor is seeking a display builder to design, construct, and maintain in-store product displays. The role involves creating 20–25 displays weekly, coordinating with the Department Manager, and planning monthly display calendars.

Applicants should have at least one year of construction or building experience, with skills in woodworking, tile setting, and safe operation of power and measuring tools. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to safety regulations and policies.
• Experience in woodworking and tile setting.
• Experience using power tools and measuring tools.
• Use of basic tools (hammer, nails, saw, T-square, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager.
• Create a calendar for each month with a plan for all displays.
• Build 20–25 displays per week.
• Work with Inventory Control Specialist to submit write-offs and maintain inventory for materials.
