Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Display Builder to design, build, and maintain store product displays. This role is full-time or part-time with a minimum base pay and higher starting pay based on experience.

Responsibilities include creating 20–25 displays weekly, coordinating with inventory, and planning monthly display calendars. The position requires construction/building experience and ability to use power and measuring tools safely.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience or equivalent.
• Experience with wood working and tile setting is preferred.
• Ability to use power tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays as directed.
• Maintain honesty and professionalism per company policies.
• Create 20–25 displays per week.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control to submit write-offs and maintain materials inventory.
• Create a monthly calendar for displays.
