Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Display Builder for our Florence, SC store. You will design, build and maintain attractive product displays, following directions from the Department Manager to support in-store merchandising and sales.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles, with a starting base pay from $15.24 per hour plus potential higher starting pay based on experience. You’ll create 20–25 displays weekly and collaborate with Inventory Control to manage materials and stock.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety regulations and policies.
• Experience in wood working, tile setting, and use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager.
• Create 20–25 displays per week.
• Work with Inventory Control to submit write-offs and maintain inventory of materials.
• Create a monthly calendar for all displays.
