Job summary

Floor & Decor in Miami is seeking a role focused on designing, building, and maintaining store product displays. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available, with a base pay starting at $15.80 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience.

The role requires constructing displays, staying compliant with safety rules, and delivering 20–25 displays weekly. You’ll work with the Inventory Control Specialist to manage write-offs and inventory while planning monthly display calendars.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Must follow safety regulations and policies.
• Experience in wood working, tile setting, use of power tools, measuring tools, and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per department manager.
• Perform duties ethically and professionally per company policies.
• Create 20–25 displays per week.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control to submit write-offs and maintain inventory.
• Create a monthly calendar with a plan for all displays.
