Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Display Builder to design, construct, and maintain store product displays across departments. The role requires transforming concepts into tangible, attractive displays while ensuring quality and safety standards.

The position may be offered as full-time or part-time, with responsibilities including creating 20–25 displays weekly, coordinating with inventory, and planning monthly display calendars to support store merchandising goals.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to abide by and exhibit proactive adherence to safety regulations and policies.
• Experience in wood working, tile setting, use of power tools, measuring tools, and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager.
• Perform duties in an honest, ethical, and professional manner per company policies.
• Create 20–25 displays per week.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control Specialist to submit write-offs and manage inventory for materials.
• Create a monthly calendar with a plan for all displays.
