Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Display Builder to design, build and maintain store product displays across departments. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available. The role supports visual merchandising and inventory coordination.

The candidate should have at least one year of construction or building experience, plus woodworking, tile setting, and proficient use of power and hand tools. Expect about 20–25 displays weekly with monthly display planning and strict safety adherence.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience, or equivalent.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and policies.
• Experience in woodworking.
• Experience in tile setting.
• Proficient using power tools, measuring tools, and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager.
• Create 20–25 displays per week.
• Work with Inventory Control Specialist to submit write-offs and maintain inventory for materials.
• Create a calendar for each month with a plan for all displays being built.
