Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Display Builder responsible for designing, building, and maintaining store product displays. This role supports the Department Manager and requires a hands-on approach to creating 20–25 displays per week while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Position is available as Full-Time and Part-Time. The minimum base pay starts at $15.24 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair compensation and career growth.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to abide by safety regulations and policies.
• Experience in woodworking, tile setting, use of power tools, measuring tools and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager.
• Create 20–25 displays per week.
• Maintain inventory with the Inventory Control Specialist and submit write-offs.
