Job summary

Floor & Decor seeks a Display Builder to design, build, and maintain store product displays across departments. This full-time/part-time role requires creating 20–25 displays per week and collaborating with Inventory Control to track materials and write-offs.

One year of construction or building experience and proficiency with wood working, tile setting, and power tools are preferred. Safety adherence is essential in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience or equivalent
• Demonstrated safety compliance experience
• Wood working experience
• Tile setting experience
• Use of power tools and measuring tools
• Use of basic hand tools like hammer, nails, T-square, saw

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager
• Create 20–25 displays per week
• Coordinate with Inventory Control to submit write-offs and manage material inventory
• Create a monthly calendar and plan for all displays
