Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a displays builder to design, build and maintain store product displays under the guidance of the department manager. This role focuses on creative display construction and adherence to company standards.

Candidates should have hands-on construction experience, basic tool use, and reliability to produce 20–25 displays weekly. The position offers both full-time and part-time options with standard store hours.

Qualifications

• At least one year of construction or building experience.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety regulations.
• Experience in wood working.
• Tile setting experience.
• Use of power tools.
• Use of measuring tools.
• Use of basic tools (hammer, nails, T-square, saw).

Responsibilities

• Design and build store displays per department manager.
• Follow company policies and perform duties professionally.
• Create 20–25 displays per week.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control to submit write-offs and manage materials.
• Plan monthly calendars for all displays.
