Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Display Builder to design, build, and maintain store product displays. The role requires creating 20–25 displays weekly, coordinating with the department manager, and ensuring work complies with company policies.

You will work in a warehouse environment and use hand and power tools to construct displays. Candidates should have at least one year of construction experience, be skilled in wood working and tile setting, and follow safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of construction or building experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety regulations and policies.
• Experience in wood working, tile setting, use of power tools and measuring tools.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools (hammer, nails, saw, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per department manager.
• Ensure duties performed in an ethical, professional manner per company policies.
• Create 20–25 displays per week.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control to manage write-offs and material inventory.
• Create a monthly calendar with a plan for displays.
