Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Display Builder to design, build and maintain store product displays. The role supports department managers and requires producing 20–25 displays weekly, following safety standards, and collaborating on inventory matters.

The position may be full-time or part-time. Experience in construction or building, plus working with hand and power tools, is needed to create accurate displays and to meet store deadlines.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience.
• Demonstrated adherence to safety regulations and policies.
• Experience in wood working, tile setting, and use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager in each department.
• All duties to be performed in an ethical and professional manner according to company policies.
• Create 20–25 displays per week.
• Work with Inventory Control Specialist to submit write-offs and maintain inventory for materials.
• Create a calendar for each month with a plan for all displays being built.
