Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Display Builder to design and build store product displays across departments. You will ensure professional workmanship, adhere to safety policies, and produce 20–25 displays weekly.

The role involves coordinating with Inventory Control to manage write-offs and materials, and creating monthly calendars for display projects. The position requires construction or related experience and basic tool skills.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Commitment to safety regulations and policies.
• Experience in wood working, tile setting and tool use.

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager in each department.
• Maintain honesty, ethics and professionalism per company policies.
• Create and complete 20–25 displays per week.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control to submit write-offs and manage materials inventory.
• Create a monthly calendar with a plan for all displays.
