Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Display Builder to design, build, and maintain store product displays. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions to support busy retail environments.

The builder will create 20–25 displays per week, working to a monthly calendar and coordinating with inventory control to manage materials. Safety-conscious craftsmanship using wood, tile, and hand tools is essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of construction or building experience.
• Ability to abide by safety regulations and policies.
• Experience in wood working, tile setting, power tools, measuring tools and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager in each department.
• Perform duties in an honest, ethical and professional manner per company policies.
• Create 20–25 displays per week.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control Specialist to submit write-offs and manage materials inventory.
• Create a monthly calendar with a plan for all displays.
