Job summary

H&M is seeking a Department Supervisor at Brookfield Square to drive the in-store customer experience and department performance. You will lead, coach, and collaborate with the sales team to execute visual and commercial plans in line with company standards.

You will monitor customer interactions, promote the Hello Member app, and ensure accurate checkout, returns, and stock management while upholding legal and company policies.

• Support the total OMNI customer experience and visual/merchandising across the department.

• Lead and develop the store team, communicate clearly, and coordinate with the Visual Merchandiser team.
• Ensure store operations are clean, orderly, and compliant with company standards and procedures.
