H&M is seeking a Department Supervisor to support sales and profit goals by delivering the best customer experience in-store. You will work in line with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet customer and colleague expectations.

A typical day includes leading Omni-channel customer experiences, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring high fashion quality presentation while coordinating with the Store Management and Visual Merchandiser teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support omni-channel customer experiences in-store, ensuring visual and commercial standards are met.
• Promote loyalty programs and in-store sustainability initiatives during customer interactions.
• Maintain store operations including fitting rooms, checkout, stockroom, and admin routines.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandiser team, communicate with colleagues, and run daily/weekly team meetings.
