Job summary

H&M is seeking a Department Supervisor in Silverdale, WA to support sales and profit through delivering the best customer experience within the department and store. You will lead with responsibility, focus on numbers, and work with the Department Manager to capitalize on commercial opportunities.

You will ensure high standards in customer service, product knowledge, and store operations while promoting sustainability and the Hello Member loyalty app.

Responsibilities

• Support omni customer experience and ensure visual and commercial presentation per guidelines.
• Interact with customers and promote the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives in-store.
• Maintain correct fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns and exchanges.
• Coordinate with Department Manager to identify opportunities and improve department performance.
• Ensure procedures, routines and legal requirements are followed in all areas of the store.
