You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development, partner with Visual Merchandiser, and ensure compliance with store routines and corporate guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.

• Collaborate with Visual Merchandiser for in-store presentation.
