Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Profit goals by delivering the Best Customer Experience in the department and store.
• Execute plans to ensure omni-channel customer experience and brand standards.
• Lead a team in customer service, fitting room and checkout routines, and store operations.
• Promote Loyalty App usage, sustainability initiatives, and in-store services.
• Maintain visual, product presentation, stock levels and adherence to safety and store policies.
• Open and close the store daily and communicate with colleagues through regular meetings.
