Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. store is looking for a friendly Team Member to help customers, operate the checkout, and support product recovery and stocking. You will assist shoppers in finding items and explain store programs, while delivering a quick, courteous checkout experience across the floor.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and keeping the store well-merchandised. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and early shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move about a store.
• Willingness to unload trucks and stock merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers on Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer surveys.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Support store recovery, in-stock levels, and shrink/safety programs.
