Job summary

The Michaels Scranton store is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to assist shoppers, stock merchandise, and operate the register. You will help customers locate products, answer questions, and promote the Rewards program across the floor.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, maintaining planograms, and supporting store recovery to keep aisles neat and in-stock. This role emphasizes safety and excellent service daily.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to assist customers and resolve questions.
• Cash handling to store standards.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and process transactions.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-store merchandising.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Maintain safety, SOP adherence, and store recovery standards.
