Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for the Edens Collection in Chicago, IL. You will lead store customer service excellence, train crew on BEST experiences, and partner with leadership to achieve guest satisfaction goals.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 2 years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. The position is hourly and starts at $20.05 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Wowed customers through personal interactions and training crews on the BEST experience.
• Lead front-end operations and ensure merchandising meets brand standards.
• Achieve and maintain customer service score goals with store leadership.
• Open/close procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure readiness for customers.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew; collaborate with management.
• Perform routine store maintenance and execute stockroom tasks.
