Job summary

Five Below is seeking an experienced team leader to drive customer happiness and smooth store operations. You will train crew, manage front-end activities, and ensure merchandise is presented to brand standards while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The role requires strong communication, a minimum of 2 years in management, and flexibility to work day, evening, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts. Hourly pay is provided with starting at $16.00 and a range up to $18.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• College experience is preferred for this role.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and train crew on BEST customer service standards.
• Lead store to achieve and maintain customer service goals set by District Manager.
• Oversee front-end operations and ensure merchandise presentation meets brand standards.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, and supervising crew members.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery procedures.
• Handle store maintenance tasks and keep stock areas organized.
