Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead bidding, contracting, and procurement for Food Lion-contracted projects.
• Prepare and manage contracts, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
• Oversee construction schedules, budgets, milestones, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Real Estate, Preconstruction/A&E, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely store openings and project closeout with compliant documentation.
