The Restaurant Supervisor Lead at MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. leads the store leadership team, coaching Shift Supervisors and Squad Crew to develop operations skills alongside the General Manager.

You set the tone for the shift, creating an inclusive environment for diverse customers and teammates, and you promote internal promotion as a path for growth. MOD emphasizes belonging and a long-term career home within the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience coaching, teaching and inspiring others.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes and standards; coaching in a compassionate manner.

Responsibilities

• Set and sustain the tone of the shift, keeping the energy high.
• Create positive vibes and a welcoming atmosphere for crew and customers.
• Listen, acknowledge and resolve concerns; escalate to GM as appropriate.
• Manage shift duties checklists and address/escalate equipment malfunctions.
• Focus on the growth and well-being of the Squad and celebrate wins.
