Responsibilities

• Lead store as Manager On Duty to maximize sales and customer service.
• Oversee Merchandising plan execution to maintain standards.
• Supervise assigned category team and store operations.
• Maintain store security and cash handling duties.
• Train and develop Associates and Leads.
• Communicate with staff via daily briefings and meetings.
• Handle customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
