Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Previous experience in a supervisor role.
• Successful completion of all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned category team to maximize sales and customer service while adhering to company policies.
• Operate the store as the Manager On Duty with the management team.
• Maintain physical security and act as a key-holding manager.
• Ensure highest level of customer service and resolve complaints.
• Maintain category merchandising and store cleanliness and efficiency.
• Train and develop Associates and Leads.
• Facilitate effective communication through daily briefings and meetings.
• Drop off bank deposits and handle change orders as needed.
• Pick up café/grocery supplies as needed.
• Consult with the General Manager on associate performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
