The role emphasizes leadership of category teams, employee development, and ensuring security and operational efficiency across shifts, with open availability for varying schedules.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Previous experience in a supervisor role
• Successful completion of all required background screenings

Responsibilities

• Leads assigned category team to maximize profits and customer service
• Operates the store as Manager On Duty with the management team
• Maintains security of the store and acts as a key-holder
• Ensures highest level of customer service and resolves complaints
• Maintains merchandising and cleanliness, ensures operational efficiency
• Trains and develops associates and leads
• Facilitates communication through daily briefings and meetings
• Handles bank deposits and change orders as needed
• Picks up supplies and consults with General Manager on performance
• Performs other duties as assigned
