Bath & Body Works in Columbus, OH is seeking an Assistant Brand Experience Leader to partner with the Brand Experience Leader to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional consumer experiences. You will be the front line of our field leadership team, driving engagement, sales, and brand storytelling.

You will attract, hire, coach, and empower a team, set clear performance expectations, and ensure operations run smoothly across the store, including scheduling, training, and delivering

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to coach staff.
• Ability to set and monitor performance expectations.
• Comfort with shifting schedules to match peak times.
• Proven ability to train and develop associates.

Responsabilidades

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals.
• Lead duties including acting as leader on duty when scheduled.
• Partner with leadership to drive action plans and store execution.
• Implement floorset direction and bring product stories to life.
• Oversee opening/closing routines and store operations.
• Set daily directions and provide feedback to leaders.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate selling coverage.
• Model selling behaviors and elevate product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with consumers and make personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and store standards.
• Work peak days and varied shifts, including evenings/weekends/holidays.
