Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking an Assistant Brand Experience Leader to partner with the Brand Experience Leader in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional consumer experiences. This role drives growth by leading store leadership, coaching teams, and ensuring consistent execution of operations and brand standards.

You will recruit and develop talent, set performance expectations, and guide daily activities to meet sales targets while maintaining a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, goals, and accountability.
• Lead as a Brand Experience Leader on duty and address consumer experience issues.
• Support action plans with the leadership team to improve results.
• Implement and sustain floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Perform opening/closing routines and payroll coverage planning.
• Provide feedback and coaching to leaders and associates.
• Meet payroll targets with proper sales floor coverage.
• Lead in-store experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Build genuine connections with consumers and make personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and consumer experience.
• Adhere to safety standards and company values.
