Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and consumer experience in fast-paced environments.
• Leadership experience, preferably retail.
• Ability to coach and provide feedback to associates.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals.
• Lead on duty to address consumer experience and maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute action plans and improve results.
• Implement floorset direction to showcase product storytelling.
• Manage opening/closing routines, deposits, and shipments.
• Set daily direction for the shift and provide feedback.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate sales floor coverage.
• Lead in-store experiences with product knowledge.
• Train and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Maintain safety and store appearance.
