Qualifications

• Experience leading sales, consumer experience, and operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail.
• Able to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, and develop top talent.
• Set clear performance expectations and accountability.
• Serve as leader on duty to handle consumer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with leadership team to execute action plans and improve results.
• Implement floorset direction to showcase product stories.
• Manage opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments, and directives.
• Set daily direction for the team and provide ongoing feedback.
• Meet payroll targets with appropriate floor coverage.
• Lead in-store experiences with strong product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Build genuine connections with consumers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Train and motivate associates to improve selling and consumer experience.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
• Open/close shifts on high-traffic days and peak times.
