Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales and consumer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Prior leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to coach and de-escalate customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Lead on duty to address consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Support action plans to improve results with leadership team.
• Implement floorset direction to bring the product story to life.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage and selling focus.
