Job summary

Bath & Body Works in the United States is seeking an Assistant Brand Experience Leader to partner with the Brand Experience Leader in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional consumer experiences. You will help lead the store team, drive sales, and uphold brand standards across operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and a focus on results, with flexibility for peak shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a consumer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and consumer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce clear and concise performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Act as a leader on duty to address consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with brand experience leadership to support action plans that improve results.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and bring the product story to life.
• Perform opening and closing routines and handle deposits and shipments.
• Set daily direction for the team and provide feedback and guidance.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage with a selling focus.
• Lead in-store experiences through selling behaviors rooted in company values and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and consumer experience.
