Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, coach Leads and Brand Associates, and drive profitable sales. You’ll collaborate with the General Manager to execute store strategy and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, is required.

Competenze

• Retail management experience of 1–3 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and teams.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.
