The Assistant Manager leads the floor service, supports onboarding, and helps recruit and retain a diverse, engaged team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years store leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive a service culture through engaging, efficient, and personalized experiences; interpret feedback to improve interactions.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising Manager to create an engaging visual experience for URBN customers.
• Ensure omni-channel orders are processed timely and accurately, using MPOS, POS, and In-Store & Curbside Pick Up.
