Qualifications

• 2+ years store leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives a service culture through engaging, efficient interactions and uses customer feedback to improve experiences.
• Partners with Visual Merchandising to create an engaging visual experience for URBN customers.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, and in-store or curbside pickup.
