Responsibilities include leading daily service, onboarding new hires, supporting recruiting, coordinating omni-channel fulfillment, and upholding safety and inventory controls to protect profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years store leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills with track record of financial results.
• Proven ability to develop talent and coach teammates.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead service culture and guest interactions on the sales floor.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising to deliver engaging displays.
• Oversee omni-channel processes (MPOS, POS, curbside pickup).
• Coach and develop team, onboard new hires, and support recruiting.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and store operations.
• Maintain safety, inventory accuracy, and policy compliance.
• Communicate brand messaging and product knowledge to the team.
• Foster an inclusive environment and growth mindset.
